OFFERENDUS is your trusted online wine shop. We are located at our offices at Calle Salamanca, Nº2, Madrid, Spain. We are always ready to assist you. Currently, we operate online only, so physical attendance at our offices is not possible. However, we offer the option to pick up orders at our warehouses for free shipping and greater environmental savings.

ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE
What do these conditions regulate?
Our GSTC are the rules of the game. They ensure that everyone is on the same page when buying on https://offerendus.com.
What if the GSTC change?
We will always inform you of any changes. But don’t worry, the GSTC you accept when placing your order will be the ones that apply.
ARTICLE 3 – CONTRACT FORMATION AND ORDERS
How much does it cost to shop with us?
Prices are in euros and include taxes. Before confirming your order, you will see the shipping costs.
Can I cancel an order?
Once confirmed, it cannot be canceled, so make sure to choose carefully. We will send you an email with all the details.
ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT
How can I pay?
You can use a bank card or transfer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Absolutely! We only need the visual cryptogram (CVV) to ensure security.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to your home, or you can pick up in-store. Free shipping for orders over SIXTY (60.00 €) euros in mainland Spain!
What do I do if something arrives damaged?
Check your package upon receipt. If there are problems, we have a detailed plan in the GSTC.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHTS AND WITHDRAWAL PERIODS
Can I return something?
Of course! You have 14 days from receipt to think about it. Let us know, and we will refund you within 14 days. Note that opened products and those returned without shipping management failure will be returned without apparent reason. The exchange of opened products is not allowed unless they are factory defective.
ARTICLE 7 – CONFORMITY AND LIABILITY WARRANTY
What if something goes wrong?
Don’t worry, we are here to solve it! You have a two-year warranty from delivery.

What do you do with my data?

What if there’s a problem out of your control?
If something is out of our hands, we will let you know and find the best possible solution.
ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
What if there’s a problem?
We will resolve any problem together. If not, we will resort to mediation. If everything fails, we trust in justice.
