Located in the center of the Iberian Peninsula next to Cerro de Guisando, our wine cellar is at the epicenter of three prestigious denominations of origin, in which we are experts: D.O.P. Cebreros (Ávila), D.O. Vinos de Madrid (San Martín de Valdeiglesias subzone), and D.O. Méntrida (Toledo).

Our tastings are not mere tastings; they are sensory journeys through the flavors and aromas of the Sierra de Gredos. During these tastings, you will learn about the history of our wines, their production processes, and the unique characteristics that make them special.
Exclusive wine selection
We select wines focusing on quality, ethical commitment, and the expertise of winemakers. Primarily, we work with small wineries producing a limited number of bottles per harvest. We seek those that do not filter or clarify the wine, ensuring it reaches your table as naturally as possible. And with grapes that bring prestige to the region: Gredos Garnacha and Albillo Real.
