- El Surco from the Pie de Tierra winery, from the D.O. and the village of Méntrida. A wine made with care, observing the stars (biodynamic) and respecting the land. It matures for around 10 months in oak barrels. Its balance between acidity and astringency is surprising, providing a spark of freshness that will not leave you indifferent.
- 5 Hache from the Valdenoches winery, in the San Martín subzone of Madrid wines. This blanc de noir is pure alchemy. And you’ll be amazed when you taste it, because you won’t expect the flavour of this white wine made with red Grenache. I won’t tell you any more, or it will lose its mystery.
- Kisu, from the Cható Gañan winery in Cebreros. As its name suggests, it’s a kiss. We could say it’s a grandmother’s kiss because the vines are around 90 years old. A grandmother who knows it all, who forgives your sins with her sweet and affectionate smile. Because before opening its mouth, it has matured for almost a year to give you the best of the land. In short, you’ll feel blessed.
