- Cantocuerdas 2021, the royal albillo from Bernabeleva, San Martín. Attention, traveller, you have before you a majestic example of a wine made from a rare sub-variety exclusive to our region. From almost century-old vines that absorb the quartz from their granitic soil. Aged for 11 months in French oak. It has the intensity and roundness of classic Albillo, with a persistent finish and a slight bitter touch.
- Las Cabreras 2022, from the Tierra Calma winery in San Martín. A 100% Garnacha red wine whose owners select the grapes organically from the vine itself. Keeping few bunches so that the result is powerful. An old vineyard whose fruit spends 9 months ageing in French oak barrels. Stately, intense and with great volume. Long and lasting aftertaste.
