A wine that speaks of the landscape around it.

Tío Mauro is born in a distinctive land of mountain vineyards, where Garnacha honestly expresses the soil that sustains it. Granitic soils, altitude and a continental climate shape a wine of balance, freshness and depth.

Each bottle is the result of respectful viticulture and a winemaking approach focused on preserving the identity of the vineyard, located in the municipality of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, Madrid.

We work with small productions, caring for the vineyard and keeping intervention in the winery to a minimum. We understand wine as a cultural expression of its territory.
